All of our handmade items are created with love of the art. Many are original one of a kind.
Payment is accepted via personal check, paypal, money order or cashier's check. Personal checks require a 10-day waiting period (to clear the bank) before shipment can be made.
PayPal: This is a free service provided by PayPal where you can purchase using your credit card or debit card.
We ship via priority mail ... based on a 1lb weight: $4.20. We also utilize UPS for heavier items, such as ceramic molds.
Insurance is available at additional charge of $1.30 (value $50) up. It is strongly suggested that insurance be added. Any item shipped without insurance is not refundable if received damaged. If insurance is added and the item is received damaged, you will be provided with an insurance claim.
Refunds are available as follows:
1) Insurance required at time of purchase [added to shipping].
2) Return item in same packaging.
3) Refund will be provided after receipt of returned item.
